Odoo ERP Business Analyst

To support our first projects within Odoo, we are now looking for one or more true Odoo Business Analysts. We are seeking driven individuals who are capable of analyzing, optimizing, and functionally implementing Odoo solutions. This role allows you to work in a hybrid manner; you will visit clients, work in our shared office, but definitely also work from home.


About you

  • You're full of positive energy, are willing to help people and you always start the day with a smile.
  • You're interested in logistics & production.
  • You're tech savvy, have an affinity for IT, and are familiar with ERP.
  • You're commercially oriented, but you are not a sales profile.
  • You're not afraid to get off your office chair to investigate something on the floor.
  • You're self-directed and can prioritize work.
  • Your first experience is over, you're looking for something new, something more challenging. 


Your skills

  • You already have experience with Odoo or with another ERP solution.
  • You know your way around MS Office with an emphasis on Excel.
  • You can design processes both on paper and functionally.
  • You can document, write specifications, and create training sessions.
  • You have good communication skills, can make complex items tangible, and therefore know how to explain how a way of working can and will change.
  • You can express yourself in Dutch and English.


Bonus points (no must haves)

  • You're Odoo-certified.
  • You have experience in Project Management.
  • You have completed a specific training program in the context of logistics and/or production.
  • You have experience with an ERP package other than Odoo.
  • You can express yourself in French or another language other than Dutch and English.
